Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping rates and times

Royal Mail is our shipping partner. We offer customers to choose one of these shipping options:

  • Free shipping for Orders over £100 – Royal Mail 48: Delivery time 4-5 business days, including dispatch times.
  • Royal Mail 48 (£4/order) – Budget-friendly, but slower: Delivery time 4-5 business days, including dispatch times.
  • Royal Mail 48 Signed For (£6/order) – Safe: Delivery time 3-4 business days, including dispatch times. A signature is required upon delivery; therefore, you can rest assured your order will be delivered directly to you.

General Terms

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to confirmation before dispatch. You will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details.
  • Delivery Exceptions: We reserve the right to delay or cancel deliveries in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or other disruptions.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged/open on delivery and items are either missing or damaged, you must not discard the packaging. Our couriers require photographic evidence of the damage/packaging for INGALASH & CO to be able to initiate a claim. If you cannot provide us with this evidence, we cannot replace or refund your items. Please contact us through the most convenient contact option from our Contact us page with photographs of the packaging, the damaged item/s, and any details regarding the damages. We will then prepare a claim to enable our courier to investigate further.

Delays & Lost Packages

Royal Mail is not a guaranteed service; therefore, deliveries can sometimes exceed your expected delivery dates.

Royal Mail does not consider packages to be lost for 13 working days past the expected delivery date. If you are concerned your package is lost, please get in touch with us on the 13th working day of your expected delivery date. Liabilities

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Damage to the products after delivery due to improper handling by the recipient.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arise from the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept delivery.
