INGALASH & CO LTD operates the website ingalash.co.uk (including any sub-domains). INGALASH & CO LTD is doing business as INGALASH & CO (in this policy: “INGALASH & CO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy applies only to products bought online at https://ingalash.co.uk.

You can return your products and get a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned or exchanged?

  • Items that were damaged on arrival. You must notify us within 2 working days after the parcel is received about any damages.
  • Faulty items or wrong items.
  • Items ordered by mistake.
  • Items where you’ve changed your mind.

All items that are being returned must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and with all the tags or any other accessories that came with the item.

Limitation of Liability

  • Incorrect Information: We are not liable for issues that arise from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or if the recipient refuses the delivery.
  • External Factors: Responsibility for damage to items post-delivery, including environmental factors or mishandling by the recipient, cannot be assumed by us.

Return limitations

If order originally qualified for free shipping, but after returning the item, order no longer qualifies for free shipping, we keep the right to deduct cheapest shipping cost from the refund amount. Does not apply for faulty/wrong items or items that were damaged on arrival.

If item being returned was bought as a bundle or was a part of the promotion, then whole bundle must be returned. Does not apply for exchanges, faulty/wrong items or items that were damaged on arrival.

In cases when wrong items were ordered and exchange is requested, we keep the right to request customers to cover the shipping costs of the exchange.

Returning the items and getting a refund

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the order, contact us via any suitable channels on our Contact Us page, providing your order number and relevant photographs.
  2. We will approve the return within 2 working days and:
    • We will issue a pre-paid label if the item is faulty/wrong or was damaged on arrival; or
    • For any other return reasons, customers are responsible for returning the item at their own expense.
  3. All returned items must be safely packed and dispatched within 14 days of receiving the return approval.
  4. Within 2 business days after we receive the return, we will inspect the items and exchange the items or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued to the original payment methods used when ordering the items.
